AI - Fix It Assistant
Using AI, we developed a tool for troubleshooting repair of appliances, tools, and tech equipment. By adding a brief description of the problem and picture, the tool will self--diagnosis the issue and provide step-by-step instructions for repair. The tool will search for recalls and legal claims using public record sources. Client Results ROI: 73% reduction in lost repairs, 31% increase in labor efficiency and 28% increase in revenue. The use of AI significantly reduced solutioning and development to 2 months vs 12 months using traditional software development practices.
OCR using AI
Using AI, we developed a program and process for automating data entry and servicing of real estate tax liens at large scale. Manual data entry of paper documents has been replaced with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and AI (in place of traditional programming) to examine thousands of different documents and produce meaningful data sets and reports automatically for the client. Client Results ROI: Data accuracy improved from 89% to 99.98%. Average cost avoidance of $5,000 for each use & reduction of FTE from 4 to 1. High volume of processing at 85 per minute vs 47 manually. Use of AI significantly reduced solution and development to 3 months vs 12-18 using traditional development.
