Service Description

Devantas provides this service for businesses struggling to implement change across the organization. Using the Prosci Change Management model, we will advise and lead you towards implementing successful change in your business. This service is billed hourly with a minimum commitment of 30 hours. This program requires executive commitment for the specific change program (discussed at client review meeting).
