Devantas is a technology company based in Omaha, Nebraska, helping leadership teams align technology with growth. Founded in 2024 by Jason Nocita, the firm draws on 28 years of corporate technology leadership to deliver fractional CTO engagements, AI implementation, and digital transformation that produces measurable business outcomes.

We work across three disciplines — Strategy, Technology Transformation, and Development Consulting — and we organize every engagement around outcomes, not retainers. Our most successful clients are leadership teams that need a partner who can both decide what to build and help build it, then work themselves out of the job.

From there we either step into an ongoing fractional CTO role or hand the plan to your team with a defined transition window. We do not produce shelf documents; every deliverable has an owner and a measurable result.
