These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site is the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
